Here's the latest as far as we know:

1. HB 167 - Revises failure to stop or yield penalty provisions

UPDATE 2011 May 06:  Read by title, under the rules, referred to the Committee on Transportation, Highways, and Public Works, April 25.

2. HB 303 - Provides with respect to the employment of minors

UPDATE 2011 May 06:  Read by title, under the rules, referred to the Committee on Labor and Industrial Relations, April 25

3. HB 317 - Provides for revisions for bicycles used by peace officers

UPDATE 2011 May 06:  Read third time by title, amended, roll called on final passage, yeas 87, nays 0. Finally passed, title adopted, ordered to the Senate.

4.  HB 513 - includes a number of things relative to bicycle and pedestrian traffic on roadways including use of roadway shoulder, usage of lights on bicycles, and the "Share the Road" prestige license plate.
